民间艺术团体是民间艺人自愿结合、自筹资金、自主开展活动的自发性群众组织。民间戏班在民间艺术团体中占有非常重要的地位,具有多样性、差异性、灵活性的特点。当下却面临着严峻的生存发展困境。只有通过实施薪火计划、拓宽投资渠道、成立联合组织、鼓励剧目创新、培植文化生态,才能保障民间戏班健康成长。 Folk art groups are voluntary mass organizations of non-governmental artists who voluntarily raise funds and carry out their own activities voluntarily.
