从1998年开始,在国家实施积极财政政策的大背景下,我国公路事业进入了快速发展时期,连续多年,全社会公路建设完成投资超过2000亿元。面对巨大的公路建设任务,公路勘察设计从业单位和从业人员经受了严峻考验,也作出了卓越贡献,从而保证了加快公路建设任务的顺利实施,并涌现出了南京长江第二大桥,长春至吉林高速公路等一大批优秀勘察设计项目。
Since 1998, under the background of the state’s proactive fiscal policy, China’s highway industry has entered a period of rapid development. For many years in a row, the total investment in highway construction has exceeded 200 billion yuan.
