9月29日下午,世界首条量子保密通信干线——“京沪干线”正式开通。结合“京沪干线”与“墨子号”量子卫星的天地链路,我国科学家成功实现了首次洲际量子保密通信。这标志着我国已构建出天地一体化广域量子通信网络雏形,为未来实现覆盖全球的量子保密通信网络迈出了坚实的一步。“京沪干线”项目是2013年7月由国家发改委批复立项,由中科院统一领导,中国科学技术大学作为项目建设主体承担,由安徽
The afternoon of September 29, the world’s first quantum secure communications trunk - “Beijing-Shanghai Route ” was officially opened. Combined with the world chain of “Beijing-Shanghai Route” and “Mozi” quantum satellites, our scientists successfully achieved the first intercontinental quantum confidential communication. This indicates that our country has constructed a prototype of a world-wide intergated wide-area quantum communication network and taken a solid step toward realizing the global coverage of quantum secure communication networks in the future. “Beijing-Shanghai Route ” project was approved by the NDRC in July 2013. It is under the unified leadership of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the University of Science and Technology of China as the main body of the project.
