研究产品召回突发情况下的闭环供应链物流网络规划问题,考虑了产品召回的紧迫性以及召回应急管理的管理特性,引入时间和召回率两类随机参数,提出了基于成本的召回处理时间反应函数,建立了基于总成本以及总召回处理反应时间的双目标随机混合整数规划模型.采用一类启发式算法对该模型进行求解,并用Matlab6.5软件进行编程求数值解.在数值解的基础上,进行相关参数的敏感性分析,结果表明网络选址结果具有一定的鲁棒性.
This paper studies the planning problem of closed-loop supply chain logistics network under sudden product recall. Considering the urgency of product recall and the management characteristics of recall management, two kinds of stochastic parameters such as time and recall are introduced, and the cost-based recall response Function, a two-objective stochastic mixed integer programming model based on the total cost and the total recall response time is established.A type of heuristic algorithm is used to solve the model and program the numerical solution by using Matlab6.5 software.In the foundation of numerical solution On the sensitivity analysis of the relevant parameters, the results show that the network location has some robustness.
