我国于2001年11月10日成为世界贸易组织(WTO)的正式成员,包含民用航空器(以下简称:飞机)维修在内的多个行业和领域,都要开始履行相关的义务。飞机维修是个特殊的行业,既是商业贸易行为,又是具有严格的行业管理要求。鉴于此,飞机维修行业在入世后的承诺履行及WTO对中国飞机维修企业敞开的窗口,不仅影响着国内飞机维修企业的生存,更影响着其发展。本文从国内飞机维修行业现状分析入手,结合WTO的相关要求和提供的商业机会,对国内飞机维修企业的生存现状、发展现状和未来发展,进行了相关分析。
As a full member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) on November 10, 2001, China started to fulfill its obligations in a number of industries and fields including the maintenance of civil aircraft (hereinafter referred to as “aircraft”). Aircraft maintenance is a special industry, both commercial and trade activities, but also has strict industry management requirements. In view of this, the commitment of the aircraft maintenance industry after its accession to the WTO and the window opened by the WTO to China’s aircraft maintenance enterprises not only affect the survival of domestic aircraft maintenance enterprises, but also affect its development. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the domestic aircraft maintenance industry, this paper analyzes the existing status quo, development status and future development of the domestic aircraft maintenance enterprises based on the relevant requirements of the WTO and the business opportunities provided.
