本文利用电位滴定法分别测定了甘氨酸在纯水及不同重量百分比的多元醇(1,2-内二醇、丙三醇)混合溶剂中的酸解离常数、碱解离常数和混合溶剂的质子自递常数。实验结果表明,在25℃离子强度为0.1mol/LKNO_3时,随着混合溶剂中有机组分的加入,甘氨酸的酸解离常数pK_a逐渐降低;在1,2-丙二醇-水溶剂中,甘氨酸的碱解常数pL_b和溶剂的质子自递常数pL_s随有机组分的增加而升高;在丙三醇-水溶剂中,这两个常数则随有机组分的增加而降低。
