提升甘肃文化实力,夯实甘肃文化自觉

党的十七届六中全会提出,文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。甘肃省被国务院定为华夏文明创新传承新区,地处丝绸之路经济带的重要位置。所以,我们甘肃的每一位文化工作者必有文化自觉,提升甘肃文化实力,承前启后的发展和延续文化血脉肩负起继承和弘扬中华文化的历史责任。本文主要论述了:文化自觉的现实依据,是提升文化实力的客观存在——文化资源丰富,但文化不正之风也大量涌现;文化自觉的主体要求是提升文化实力的动力——文化认识上的深度认同和实践中的责任担当;文化自觉的最终目标——提高人民素质,提升文化实力,实现美丽新甘肃。 The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee proposed that culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual homeland of the people. Gansu Province was designated by the State Council as a new inheritance and innovation zone of Chinese civilization and is located in an important position of the Silk Road Economic Belt. Therefore, every cultural worker in Gansu must have cultural awareness, enhance the cultural power of Gansu, inherit and develop the cultural heritage, shoulder the historical responsibility of inheriting and carrying forward Chinese culture. This paper mainly discusses: the realistic basis of cultural consciousness is to promote the objective existence of cultural power - rich in cultural resources, but also a large number of cultural unhealthy trends emerged; the main body of cultural awareness is the driving force to enhance cultural power - cultural understanding Depth recognition and responsibility in practice; the ultimate goal of cultural awareness - to improve the quality of the people, enhance the cultural strength and achieve a beautiful new Gansu.
