目的：了解在校中学生吸烟行为情况和原因。 方法：调查阜阳市５所在校中学生共１ １３７名，其中男性５８７名，女生５５０ 名。 结果：总的吸烟率为１５．９％ ，男性吸烟率为２３．０％ ，女性吸烟率为８．４％ 。重点中学学生的吸烟率低于非重点中学学生的吸烟率（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。社交、解闷和好奇是中学生吸烟行为的主要原因。 结论：宣传吸烟的危害，干预吸烟应自中学开始。
Objective: To understand the prevalence and causes of smoking among middle school students in school. Methods: A total of 1 137 secondary school students from 5 schools in Fuyang City were investigated, including 587 males and 550 girls. Results: The total smoking rate was 15.9%, male smoking rate was 23.0%, female smoking rate was 8.4%. The prevalence of smoking among key middle school students was lower than that of non-key middle school students (P <0.01). Social, boredom and curiosity are the main reasons for secondary school students’ smoking behavior. CONCLUSIONS: To publicize the dangers of smoking, intervention smoking should start at middle school.
