目的:通过对生地黄、生地黄炭饮片吸附力的测定,探讨生地黄炭的止血机理。方法:利用饮片对色素亚甲基蓝的吸附情况,以分光光度法测定生地黄、生地黄炭吸附力的大小。结果:亚甲基蓝线性范围为0.02176~0.1088 mg(r=0.9996),加样回收率为99.81%,RSD为2.04%(n=6)。吸附力的大小:生地黄炭>生地黄。结论:吸附力的变化可能是生地黄炭止血比较重要的机理之一。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the mechanism of hemostasis of native charcoal by measuring the adsorption capacity of Rehmannia glutinosa and Rehmannia glutinosa. Methods: Using the absorption of methylene blue on the pieces, the adsorption capacity of radix rehmanniae and rehmannia was determined by spectrophotometry. Results: The linear range of methylene blue was 0.02176 ~ 0.1088 mg (r = 0.9996). The average recoveries were 99.81% and RSD 2.04% (n = 6). Adsorption of the size: Rehmannia> Rehmannia. Conclusion: The change of adsorption capacity may be one of the more important mechanisms of hemostasis of excreted charcoal.
