智能配电终端(SDTU)分散安装于智能配电网的各测点处,完成数据采集、分布式故障检测、自愈控制、通信、与高级配电自动化系统进行信息交互等功能,是智能配电网的重要组成部分。文中描述了SDTU的功能,提出了具有分层特点的通用结构设计,基于IEC 61850标准的要求对SDTU进行了标准化建模,重点介绍了区域纵联保护功能和孤岛检测功能的模型,对新增逻辑节点和数据类进行了详细描述。在此基础上,给出了SDTU完整的功能模型,并用变电站配置描述语言对SDTU的逻辑设备配置情况进行了描述,为设计开发标准化的SDTU奠定基础。
The intelligent distribution terminal (SDTU) is distributedly installed at each measuring point of the intelligent distribution network to complete the functions of data collection, distributed fault detection, self-healing control, communication and information exchange with the advanced distribution automation system.
