在世事纷扰的20世纪40年代下半叶,上海熟水店业发生了激烈的设店业规之争。守成者老业主和竞争者新业主,各自痛陈情理,竭力主张自身权益,互不相让,请愿诉讼迭起。由此导致民间业主、同业公会、政府部门多角制度博弈。市场歧变,上海下层民众生存竞争激化。熟水店业业规之争,显示了在民国末世之秋,历年业规所遭遇的困境,折射出世事人心的一种无情和无奈。以往有关沪地近代业规论著,多在文献分析,本文以档案资料为凭,论述民国上海熟水店业业规运作存废之过程,求教于诸方家。
In the second half of the 1940s, there was a fierce controversy over the establishment of Shanghai Shuishui Branch in the troubled world. Defenders of the old owners and new owners of competitors, their own painful reason, trying to advocate their own rights and interests, each and every other, petition litigation one after another. As a result, private property owners, trade associations and government departments play a multi-angle game. Market changes, the lower living people in Shanghai intensified competition. Cooked water industry rules of the game, showing the fall of the Republic of China in the end of the calendar year, the plight of industry rules encountered, reflects the heart of the world a kind of heartless and helpless. In the past, the regulations on the modern industry in Shanghai were mostly analyzed in the literature. Based on the archival materials, this article discussed the process of the operation and abolition of the industry rules of Shanghai Shuishui Hotel in the Republic of China, and sought the advice from all the families.
