百蕊草中黄酮类化合物研究

目的:研究百蕊草抗炎有效部位中的黄酮类化合物。方法:采用多种层析分离方法进行分离纯化,通过HPLC-DAD对黄酮类化合物进行快速定性,并结合1H-NMR1、3C-NMR和ESI-MS等技术确定了化合物的结构。结果:分离并鉴定了5个黄酮类化合物分别为紫云英苷(Ⅰ)、芸香苷(Ⅱ)、木樨草素7-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、5-甲基山奈酚(Ⅳ)、芹菜素-5-O-葡萄糖-鼠李糖苷(Ⅴ)。结论:其中化合物Ⅳ和Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE: To study the flavonoids in the anti-inflammatory active sites of the solution. Methods: Various chromatographic methods were used for separation and purification. Flavonoids were characterized by HPLC-DAD. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR1,3C-NMR and ESI-MS. Results: Five flavonoids were isolated and identified as astragalin (Ⅰ), rutin (Ⅱ), xylin 7-O-glucoside (Ⅲ), 5- Apigenin-5-O-glucose-rhamnoside (V). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅳ and Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
