“首届医患共同决策论坛”前不久在北京召开。与会的钟南山、郑家强、王辰院士以及60位业界专家就诊疗过程医患共同决策权问题进行了探讨。我国现行的治疗手段基本是由医生家长式的、独裁式的一票决定,患者或家属只需要决定签不签字就行了。如果不签字就是拒绝治疗,结果患者及家属即使最终签了字,心中也存有疑问。一旦产生不好的结果,难免对医生的治疗方法产生怀疑,再联想灰色收入、红包等一系列现状,
