本项目通过三掺粉煤灰、粒化高炉矿渣、硅灰等取代部分水泥,再掺入一定量的抗裂防腐剂,通过三掺矿物掺合料及抗裂防腐剂共同作用下,充分发挥其互补效应,减少了水泥石的孔隙,提高了混凝土的密实度,优化配合比,配制改性高抗硫耐腐蚀混凝土。试验结果表明,掺入35%~40%的磨细粉煤灰和粒化高炉矿渣及4%~6%的硅灰能有效的提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能,抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力及抗压强度。
