基于γ吸收法对原有的模拟式在线分析测量系统进行升级改造。改造后的测量系统包括探头、数字化谱仪和工业计算机三部分。探头和数字化谱仪实现γ射线透射强度测量,分别安装在壁龛内、外,工业计算机上配置上位机软件安装在主控室;上位机软件与数字化谱仪间的数据传输、命令控制通过CAN总线接口完成。经测试,本测量系统测量铀浓度的相对标准差为0.0294%;连续测量10 h,测量结果全部落在μ±3σ范围。
Upgrading the original analog on-line analysis and measurement system based on γ absorption method. The reconstructed measurement system includes the probe, digital spectrometer and industrial computer. Probe and digital spectrometer to achieve γ-ray transmission intensity measurement, respectively, installed in the alcove, outside, the industrial computer configuration PC software installed in the main control room; PC software and digital spectrometer data transmission between the command control through the CAN Bus interface is completed. After testing, the relative standard deviation of the uranium concentration measured by this measuring system is 0.0294%. For continuous measurement of 10 h, the measurement results all fall within the range of ± 3σ.
