目的:观察屏哮饮对哮喘小鼠α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA),I型胶原蛋白,及对IL-4的影响。方法:采用免疫荧光法观察哮喘小鼠肺组织α-SMA及I型胶原蛋白的沉积,并对其进行计算机图像半定量分析。用ELISA法检测支气管肺泡灌洗液中IL-4。结果:屏哮饮组小鼠肺内细支气管壁α-SMA及I型胶原蛋白沉积较孟鲁司特钠及模型组明显减少,图像半定量分析结果与模型组及孟鲁司特钠组比较有统计学意义。屏哮饮组IL-4水平显著低于模型组,差异有统计学意义。结论:屏哮饮可以改善哮喘小鼠早期气道重塑。
Objective: To observe the effects of Pingzao Yin on α-SMA, collagen I and IL-4 in asthmatic mice. Methods: The deposition of α-SMA and collagen I in the lung tissue of asthmatic mice was observed by immunofluorescence method, and semi-quantitative computer image analysis was performed. IL-4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was detected by ELISA. Results: The deposition of α-SMA and collagen I in the bronchioles wall of mice in Pingjiao Decoction group was significantly decreased compared with that in montelukast sodium group and model group, and the result of semi-quantitative analysis was compared with those in model group and montelukast sodium group There is statistical significance. The level of IL-4 in Pingjiao Decoction group was significantly lower than that in model group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Pingzao Yin can improve early airway remodeling in asthmatic mice.
