目的:研究急性中度缺氧对人的注意广度及注意转移能力的影响.方法:利用低压舱模拟3600m,4400m高度1h.5000m高度30min缺氧暴露,考察16名健康男性青年的注意广度和黑红数字测验综合绩效的变化.结果:与正常对照值相比较,3600m缺氧暴露1h各测试指标有不同程度的下降但未达到显著水平(P>0.05).4400m缺氧暴露时黑红数字测验的反应时明显延长(P<0.05),综合绩效仅为对照值的74%(P<0.05),注意广度测验综合绩效已降至88%(P<0.05).5000m暴露时黑红数字和注意广度测验综合绩效进一步降低(P<0.01).结论:急性中度缺氧对注意的广度及转移能力已产生影响,工效不能得到保证.
Objective: To study the effect of acute moderate hypoxia on human attention span and attention transfer ability. Methods: The use of low-pressure cabin simulation 3600m, 4400m height 1h. Hypoxia exposure at a height of 5000m for 30min and the changes of the comprehensive performance of 16 healthy male youths and the test of black and red numbers. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the indexes of 3600m hypoxia exposure 1h decreased to some extent but did not reach the significant level (P> 0.05). 4400m hypoxia exposure black-red digital test response time was significantly longer (P <0.05), the overall performance was only 74% of the control value (P <0.05), attention breadth test overall performance has dropped to 88% ( P <0.05). The integrated performance of black-red number and attention span test at 5000m exposure further decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Acute moderate hypoxia has had an impact on the breadth and metastatic capacity of attention, and the ergonomics can not be guaranteed.
