学习动力是推动学习不断前进,激励学习行为持久并达到预定目标的学习作用力。学习积极性高,学习动力足,学习就有干劲;反之,学习积极性低,学习动力弱,学习效果自然不佳。本文揭示了当前高职院学生大学英语学习动力严重不足的现象及原因,进而提出了如何建立有效的激励机制来解决该问题。
Learning motivation is to promote learning to move forward, motivating learning behavior lasting and achieve the intended goal of the learning force. High learning enthusiasm, learning motivation enough, there is motivation to learn; the other hand, low learning motivation, weak learning motivation, learning results naturally poor. This article reveals the current phenomenon and reasons why there is a serious shortage of motivation for college English learning in higher vocational college students, and then puts forward how to set up an effective incentive mechanism to solve this problem.
