党的十五大报告明确提出了国有企业改革的方向、目标、方针和措施。为了及时反映各地对国有企业改革的新认识、新举措,以及各地在探索和推进国有企业改革时遇到的问题和建议,国家统计局企业调查总队近期组织各省、自治区、直辖市企业调查队对改革工作主管部门和部分国有企业进行了国有企业改革情况调研工作。现将调研情况综述如下。
The report of the 15th CPC National Congress clearly put forward the direction, objectives, guidelines and measures for the reform of state-owned enterprises. In order to promptly reflect the new understanding and new measures of state-owned enterprises in various localities, and the problems and suggestions that local governments have encountered when exploring and advancing the reform of state-owned enterprises, the Enterprise Survey Team of the National Bureau of Statistics recently organized the survey teams of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government to reform the reforms. The competent department of work and some state-owned enterprises conducted research on the reform of state-owned enterprises. The survey is summarized below.
