保温卷材屋面设置排汽孔,目的足及时排除屋面里的湿汽。这一做法无疑对屋面起到了保护作用,具体做法见图1。然而在工程实践中发现,这种排汽孔的做法尚有一定的不足。由于排汽孔是明设在屋面上,必然增加屋面突出物,影响屋面整体功能。同时因卷材与排汽孔孔壁粘结问题,也给施工带来一定困难。更值得重视的是,卷材与排汽孔孔壁粘结不牢,或卷材老化开裂、脱落等原因而导致从排汽孔处出现屋耐渗漏现象。因此,将排汽孔由明设改为暗设管路式,其效果更理想。
Insulation coil roof is provided with exhaust holes for the purpose of promptly eliminating moisture in the roof. This approach undoubtedly played a protective role for the roof. The specific approach is shown in Figure 1. However, it has been found in engineering practice that this type of exhaust hole has certain deficiencies. Since the exhaust hole is located on the roof, it will inevitably increase the roof protrusions and affect the overall function of the roof. At the same time, due to the problem of adhesion between the coil and the exhaust hole wall, it also brings certain difficulties to the construction. What is more worthy of attention is that the membrane and the exhaust hole hole wall are not firmly bonded, or the aging of the coil cracking, falling off and other reasons lead to leak resistance phenomenon from the exhaust hole. Therefore, the exhaust hole is changed from the bright design to the dark pipe design. The effect is better.
