在构建以人为本的和谐社会的今天,警察人性化执法是现代法治的必然要求和归宿。然而,从近几年的具体执法实践来看,警察人性化执法存在一些误区,因此有必要对警察人性化执法合理定位,以提高广大警察的认识,在执法过程中力求真正的人性化执法。在此基础上,文章提出了警察人性化执法的实现途径并得出最后结论。
In building a people-oriented harmonious society today, the humane enforcement of police is the inevitable requirement and destination of the modern rule of law. However, judging from the concrete law enforcement practice in recent years, there are some misunderstandings in the humane enforcement of policeman. Therefore, it is necessary to lay a reasonable position on the humane enforcement of the police in order to enhance the understanding of the police and to strive for a real humane law enforcement in the process of law enforcement. On this basis, the article put forward the realization of police humanized law enforcement and draw the final conclusion.
