本文以去污剂(SDS)-酚法自Eltor弧菌小川型、稻叶型菌株提取RNA。该制剂理化特性为:(?),紫外分光测定其吸收峰在257nm处,DNA含量小于核酸量的8%,苔黑酚反应阳性。该制剂能保护C_(57)BL小鼠抗Eltor弧菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的攻击。观察到这种保护作用与RNA组分有关,而且无种属特异性。动物实验表明,以Eltor弧菌RNA制剂处理之小鼠对小鼠S_100有显著抑制作用(P<0.001)。经该制剂处理的C_(57)BL小鼠巨噬细胞对Elto孤菌的吞噬作用较对照组显著提高(P<0.01)。结果提示这种Eltor弧菌RNA制剂有可能作为一种非特异性免疫刺激剂而加以应用。
Herein, RNA was extracted from the Vibrio elegans, Ogawa-type, and rice leaf-type strains using a detergent (SDS)-phenol method. The physical and chemical properties of the formulation are: (?), UV absorption spectrometry its absorption peak at 257 nm, the DNA content is less than 8% of the amount of nucleic acid, ortholicol reaction positive. The preparation can protect the C_(57)BL mouse against the attack of Vibrio Eltorto and Staphylococcus aureus. It was observed that this protection is related to the RNA component and no species specificity. Animal experiments showed that mice treated with the Vibrio elegans RNA preparation had a significant inhibitory effect on mouse S100 (P<0.001). The phagocytosis effect of macrophages on C. 57BL mouse macrophages against Elto solitarius was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The results suggest that this preparation of the Vibrio elegans RNA may be used as a non-specific immunostimulant.
