目的提高新生儿结肠穿孔的诊断治疗水平,降低病死率。方法对近10年来我院诊治的17例新生儿结肠穿孔进行回顾性分析。结果新生儿结肠穿孔的原因复杂。诊断虽较容易,但病死率极高。本组治愈12例,死亡4例,放弃治疗1例。结论早期诊断、围手术期处理、规范操作、采取合理的手术方式,是降低病死率的关键。 Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal colonic perforation and reduce the mortality. Methods Retrospective analysis of 17 cases of neonatal colon perforation treated in our hospital in the past 10 years. The results of neonatal colon perforation of the complex reasons.
