随着我国经济社会的发展,人口老龄化问题的日益突出,老年人再婚现象呈现上升趋势,当前构建社会主义和谐社会和人口老龄化的过程中,保障老年人晚年的幸福生活具有重要价值和意义。本文通过对老年人再婚中所存在的障碍进行分析,提出了老年人再婚的法律援助对策,以切实保障老年人再婚的合法权益。
With the economic and social development in our country, the problem of population aging is becoming increasingly prominent, and the phenomenon of remarriage of the elderly is on the rise. In the current process of building a socialist harmonious society and population aging, it is of great value and significance to protect the happy life of the elderly in their later years . This article analyzes the obstacles existing in the remarriage of the elders, and puts forward the legal aid measures to remarry the elders in order to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elders.
