以配电网动态电能质量调控为目的,提出一种基于移动式配电网静止同步补偿器(D-STATCOM)的设计与应用方案。通过比较分析,主电路采用H桥串联逆变器的链式无变压器结构,结合数学模型,阐述了补偿原理。根据电压等级和设计容量进行核算,考虑最优经济容量,提出链式电路的选型与参数设计原则。以基于层式电力电子组件的功率单元模块的紧凑化设计为基础,结合分层分相的逆变柜设计原则,将D-STATCOM集成于箱体内,实现补偿装置的整体移动。以江西电网中的应用为实例,提出了具体的参数配置,实现了结合载波移相正弦脉宽调制方法的分频控制和包含旁路运行的分级分层式综合保护策略,取得了良好的实施效果。
For the purpose of dynamic power quality control of distribution network, a design and application scheme based on static synchronous compensator (D-STATCOM) for mobile distribution network is proposed. Through comparative analysis, the main circuit adopts the structure of chain transformerless H-bridge inverter, combined with mathematical model, elaborated the compensation principle. According to the voltage level and design capacity of accounting, considering the optimal economic capacity, proposed chain circuit selection and parameter design principles. Based on the compact design of the power cell module based on the layer power electronic components, D-STATCOM is integrated into the box body in combination with the design principles of the inverter cabinet with separate phases to realize the overall movement of the compensation device. Taking the application in Jiangxi Power Grid as an example, the concrete parameter configuration is put forward, and the frequency division control combined with carrier phase-shifted sinusoidal pulse width modulation method and the hierarchical and hierarchical protection strategy including bypass operation are implemented, and a good implementation is achieved effect.
