[目的]了解海口地区儿童肥胖情况及原因,为预防和减少其发生提供供科学依据。[方法]通过我院儿保健康体检收集所有0～6岁儿童年龄、性别、身高等基本信息,计算儿童超重、肥胖的检出率,对其超重、肥胖的发生状况进行分析。[结果]在9697名儿童中超重检出率为9.42%,肥胖检出率为4.19%,其中男生4726人中超重检出率为12.03%,肥胖检出率5.37%;女生4971人中超重检出率为6.92%,肥胖检出率为3.05%。[结论]海口地区儿童存在不同程度的超重、肥胖,其发生与性别、年龄状况等因素有关。
[Objective] To understand the situation and causes of childhood obesity in Haikou area and provide a scientific basis for prevention and reduction of its occurrence. [Methods] The basic information about age, sex and height of all children aged 0-6 was collected from our children’s health checkup to calculate the detection rate of overweight and obesity in children and analyze the occurrence of overweight and obesity. [Results] The detection rate of overweight in 9697 children was 9.42%, the detection rate of obesity was 4.19%, among which the detection rate of overweight in 4726 boys was 12.03% and the detection rate of obesity was 5.37%. The overweight examination among 4971 girls The rate was 6.92% and the rate of obesity was 3.05%. [Conclusion] There are different degrees of overweight and obesity in children in Haikou area. Their occurrence is related to gender, age and other factors.
