在此以文件生命周期理论为线索对文档一体化和文件中心进行分析指出了在我国进行文档一体化改革和建立文件中心具有必要性、可行性。同时用文件生命周期理论对二者进行比较,进而指出文件中心是文档一体化之下,当文件运动到暂时保存阶段时研究其保管方式、存放地址时的一种有益补充。它不能也绝不是实现文档一体化的一种具体模式、方法。
In this paper, the document life cycle theory as the clue to document integration and document center analysis pointed out that the integration of documents in our country and the establishment of a document center is necessary and feasible. At the same time, the paper compares the two with the document life cycle theory, and then points out that the document center is a beneficial supplement when the documents are integrated and the storage mode is stored and the address is stored when the document moves to the temporary storage stage. It can not and certainly not be a specific model, method of document integration.
