在不同粒度情况下,研究了温度对磁铁矿-油酸盐系统浮选动力学的影响。已证实提高温度对三相泡沫稳定性所产生的影响。试验数据表明,仅在磁铁矿颗粒小于160μm情况下,提高温度才能增加浮选回收率。当颗粒较大时,较高的温度对其浮选反而有不利影响。已发现磁铁矿的这种浮选行为是由于温度与某些流体动力参数有关。利用已知的公式和方程式,在理论上对它们作了考察。
At different grain sizes, the effect of temperature on the flotation kinetics of the magnetite-oleate system was studied. The effect of increasing the temperature on the three-phase foam stability has been demonstrated. Experimental data show that only in the case of magnetite particles less than 160μm, increasing the temperature can increase the flotation recovery. When the particles are larger, the higher temperature adversely affects their flotation. This flotation behavior of magnetite has been found to be due to the temperature dependence of certain hydrodynamic parameters. Using known formulas and equations, they are theoretically examined.
