铝合金门窗因其材料轻、价格适宜、节省木材、施工安装快捷方便等优势,近年来在工程中得到了广泛的应用,但渗漏问题一直在施工中未得到彻底根治。1.现象(1)门窗框四周同墙体连接处渗漏,室内墙面出现水渍,尤以窗下角较为多见。(2)组合窗拼接处渗漏。(3)推拉窗下滑槽槽口内积水,在风压作用下,槽口内的积水渗入室内,造成窗台内积水。
