用互联网思维定位铁路企业文化方向

随着互联网的迅猛发展,人们的生产生活方式和社会生态环境发生了颠覆性变化,互联网思维日渐成为人们审视企业价值链的全新思考方式。铁路企业文化作为职工认同并共同遵守的价值观,必须运用互联网思维,定位发展方向,强化顶层设计。1.运用用户思维,扩大文化受众。互联网思维的核心是用户思维。运用用户思维扩大受众,一方面要加强供给侧研究,着力解决文化产品数量不多、品质不精、创新不够的问题,进一步提升文化产品竞争 With the rapid development of the Internet, people’s production and lifestyle and social and ecological environment have undergone subversive changes. Internet thinking has increasingly become a new way of thinking for people to examine the enterprise value chain. Railway enterprise culture, as an employee’s identity and common observance of values, must use the Internet thinking, positioning the direction of development, and strengthen the top design. 1. Use user thinking to expand the cultural audience. The core of Internet thinking is user thinking.
