目的:为了观察CDK4和p16蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达状态,探讨其与鼻咽癌的发生、发展关系。方法:应用S-P免疫组化法检测CDK4和p16蛋白在60例鼻咽癌和20例正常鼻咽部粘膜组织中的表达。结果:60例鼻咽癌中 CDK4和p16蛋白表达率分别为66.7%和23.3%。高分化鳞癌p16蛋白的表达率明显高于低分化鳞癌(P< 0. 01)。 21例淋巴结转移阳性组中p16蛋白的表达率低于 14例阴性组(P< 0. 05),而CDK4蛋白表达率高于阴性组(P< 0.05)。结论:提示CDK4蛋白的过度表达与p16蛋白的低表达可能涉及鼻咽癌的发生、发展过程。p16蛋白的表达缺失与鼻咽癌细胞分化、转移有关。CDK4蛋白的过度表达与鼻咽癌的转移有关。
Objective: To observe the expression status of CDK4 and p16 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and to explore the relationship between CDK4 and p16 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. METHODS: S-P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CDK4 and p16 protein in 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 20 cases of normal nasopharyngeal mucosa. Results: The expression rates of CDK4 and p16 protein in 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 66.7% and 23.3%, respectively. The expression rate of p16 protein in well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (P < 0. 01). The positive rate of p16 protein in 21 cases of lymph node metastasis was lower than that of 14 cases (P<0.05), while the expression rate of CDK4 protein was higher than that of negative group (P<0.05). Conclusion: It is suggested that overexpression of CDK4 protein and low expression of p16 protein may involve the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Loss of p16 protein expression is related to the differentiation and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. The overexpression of CDK4 protein is related to the metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
