一、前言摩擦片一直是机床的易损件,用量多,热处理难度大。常规热处理工艺能耗很高,使用寿命较低。例如B5032和B5020机械插床的离合器中内、外摩擦片,共有18片,其形状和尺寸如图1、图2所示。由于传统的摩擦片热处理工艺能耗大、工件使用寿命低,机床在3—6年大修时,就要更换摩擦片。因此,全国各地有摩操片专业厂家数十个来生产大量的摩擦片来满足机床行业备件的需要。可见在全国范围内,如何降低摩擦片的热处理能耗、提高其使用寿命,是一个十分重要的课题。
