世界经济命悬一线!国际货币基金组织(IMF)近日称,世界经济正进入“严重低迷”时期。尽管人们对经济低迷深度和持续时间意见不一,但越来越多的企业家正为“过冬”积极备战。本期商业前智集纳了埃森哲、麦肯锡的前沿研究,对企业在经济低迷时期最易犯的战略错误进行梳理。埃森哲认为,经济低迷时企业要在三个层面进行战略反思:生存战略、优势调整战略、收购引领增长战略。而麦肯锡则对两个最容易“受伤”的战略环节——IT管理和定价,提出警告和应对之道。
The world economy hangs in a hurry! The International Monetary Fund recently said that the world economy is entering a period of “serious sluggishness.” Despite disagreements over the depth and duration of the downturn, more and more entrepreneurs are preparing for “over the winter”. In the current issue, Business Intelligence collected the cutting-edge research conducted by Accenture and McKinsey to sort out the strategic errors most likely to be committed by enterprises during the economic downturn. Accenture believes that enterprises in the economic downturn should conduct strategic reflections on three levels: survival strategy, competitive advantage adjustment strategy and acquisition-led growth strategy. While McKinsey is on the two most vulnerable “Injury ” strategy - IT management and pricing, warning and coping.
