企业绩效管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,关系着企业员工的工作积极性,对企业发展具有非常重要的影响。在市场竞争如此激烈的现代企业中,若想在市场中获得持续的发展和核心竞争力就必需关注绩效管理的效果。本文从绩效管理的涵义及作用分析,探讨了企业绩效管理存在的问题以及改善措施,以期对今后企业实施绩效管理提供参考。
Enterprise performance management is an important part of business management, the relationship between the enthusiasm of employees, has a very important impact on the development of enterprises. In such a fierce market competition, modern enterprises, if you want to get sustained development in the market and core competitiveness, we must pay attention to the effectiveness of performance management. This paper analyzes the meaning and function of performance management, discusses the problems existing in enterprise performance management and the improvement measures, in order to provide references for the future performance management of enterprises.
