为人民掌好权、用好权既是各级领导干部应尽的职责,又是加强党的作风建设亟待解决的问题之一。当前,我们要按照党的十五届六中全会的部署,坚持标本兼治,综合治理,从加强教育、健全法制、深化改革、强化监督等方面入手,努力铲除腐败现象滋生的土壤和条件,加大从源头上预防和解决腐败问题的力度,以党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的实际成果取信于民。
Holding power and exercising good power for people is not only the responsibility of leading cadres at all levels, but also one of the most urgent problems to be solved in building the party’s work style. At present, we must work hard to eradicate the soil and conditions for the growth of corruption in the light of the deployment of the 6th Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee, adhere to the principle of tackling the problem and treating it comprehensively, and strengthen education, improve the legal system, deepen the reform and strengthen supervision. Great efforts have been made to prevent and solve the problem of corruption at the source and win the trust of the people with the practical achievements of the party’s style of building an honest and clean government and fighting corruption.
