根据固体火箭推进剂释放能量高、燃气量大的特点 ,设计出一种新型、高效、快速水井洗井器 ,并从洗井原理、洗井效率、固体火箭推进剂性能等方面对其可行性进行了详细分析和经济评估。采用该洗井器可减少洗井设备、简化现场操作、减少辅助工作量、缩短施工时间 ,提高洗井综合效益。该洗井器在煤田、油田钻井工艺方面也有一定的使用价值。
According to the characteristics of solid rocket propellant, such as high release of energy and large amount of gas, a new type of high efficient and fast well washer was designed and its feasibility was analyzed from the aspects of well flushing efficiency, well washing efficiency and solid rocket propellant performance A detailed analysis and economic assessment were conducted. The use of the injector can reduce the well washing equipment, simplify the operation of the site, reduce the auxiliary workload, shorten the construction time and improve the comprehensive efficiency of the well. The clean-well injector also has some use value in coalfield and oilfield drilling technology.
