为研究气象因素与血友病口腔异常出血的关系,作者在68~72年名古屋大学医学部附属医院口腔外科亲自处理过的血友病口腔出血269例,其中自发性口腔出血47例,对这些病例出血前3天到出血当天4天中的气象变化结合当地气象资料进行分析,研究的项目包括:气温、气温差、湿度、降雨量、日照时间等5项。一般认为血友病异常出血与季节有关,即新绿期、梅雨期、初冬期等出血率高,而夏季较低。本文选择的病例均为牙龈自发性
