货运站点能力协调对于运输网络综合能力提升至关重要。系统研究了货运站内三级串联作业系统协调优化问题。分析由到达作业子系统、双重装卸作业子系统和出发作业子系统组成的三级串联作业系统运行机理,利用Simulink仿真软件构建仿真模型。利用仿真模型,数值分析车辆在货运站作业系统内停留时间的动态变化情况,进而研究装卸作业线规模对车辆逗留时间的影响,获取仿真数据,进行数据拟合研究。最后,分析装卸作业线规模与投资成本之间的变动关系,拟合关系曲线。
Coordination of freight site capacity is essential for improving the overall transport network capacity. This paper systematically studies the coordination and optimization of three-stage tandem working system in freight station. The operating mechanism of the three-stage tandem working system consisting of arrival operation subsystem, dual loading operation subsystem and departure operation subsystem is analyzed. Simulink simulation software is used to construct the simulation model. The simulation model is used to analyze the dynamic change of the vehicle residence time in the operating system of the freight station by numerical simulation. Then the influence of the loading and unloading operation line on the vehicle stay time is studied, and the simulation data are obtained for data fitting research. Finally, the relationship between the scale of loading and unloading lines and the investment cost is analyzed to fit the relationship curve.
