启发式教学教师的任务:传道、授业、解惑,以传道为首位,授业为中心,以解惑为本分。但是面对中国3000多万参与体育舞蹈的学习者,传统的教学法只是进行着“注入式”和“填鸭式”的教学,把学生视为单纯接受知识的容器。现在有很多体育舞蹈教师只会这样教舞,虽然起到了舞蹈的载负者和传递者的作用,但收效甚微。汉斯老师的教学则不一样,不仅妙趣横生,而且在教学中融入了很多启发学生思考的内容。
Heuristic teaching teacher’s mission: preaching, teaching, doubts, preacher as the first place, as the center to teach, to solve the problem-based. However, in the face of more than 30 million learners participating in sports dance in China, the traditional pedagogy only carries out the teaching of “injection type” and “spoon-feeding type”, and regards the students as purely accepted containers of knowledge. There are many sports dance teachers who can only teach in this way. Although they play the role of dancers and passers, they have little effect. Hans teacher teaching is not the same, not only fun, but also in the teaching into a lot of content to inspire students to think.
