由上海钢铁研究所(组长单位)、昌河飞机制造厂、上海第五钢铁厂、上海第三钢铁厂、西北工业大学、北京航空材料研究所、上海钢铁工艺技术研究所共同承担的,国家“六五”科技攻关项目——高强度高韧性焊接结构钢15CrMnMoVA研究,于1988年6月8日在江西上饶市通过了由冶金工业部和航空航天工业部联合组织的技术鉴定。 与会的有鉴定组成员、各单位领导、课题承担人以及航空厂校的共55人。鉴定组由航空界的老专家刘多朴,冶金界的老前辈付元庆、刘嘉禾等共9人组成。
By the Shanghai Iron and Steel Research Institute (unit), Changhe aircraft factory, the Fifth Shanghai Steel Plant, the Third Shanghai Iron and Steel Plant, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials, Shanghai Institute of Iron and Steel Technology jointly bear the country “ Sixth Five-Year ”scientific and technological project - 15CrMnMoVA research on high strength and high toughness welded structural steel, passed the technical appraisal jointly organized by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry and the Aerospace Industry Ministry on June 8, 1988 in Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province. A total of 55 people were appraised as members of the group, leaders of all units, project leaders and aviation factories. Identification of the group by the aviation industry experts Liu Duopu, metallurgical industry veteran Fu Yuanqing, Liu Jiahe, a total of 9 people.
