所谓搞活企业,主要是指企业有适应内外发展的应变能力,即能够根据企业外部环境和自身条件制定正确的经营战略和措施,使企业在商品经济的竞争中立于不败之地。日照港务局第一装卸公司自1987年组建以来,吞吐量和经济效益同步增长,连续五年迈出五大步。1991年完成吞吐量979万吨,比上年增长12.6%,人均创利税9.9万元,比上年增长20%。尽管如此,公司的发展并不是一帆风顺的。从外部条件看,南有连云港,北有青岛港,还有兖石铁路临管费用高等不利因素;从内部条件看,存在着人员新、设备技术复杂、港史短、管理基础薄弱等劣势。根据几年来的实践,本人对发展中的港埠公司的搞活有如下一些认识: The so-called revitalization of enterprises, mainly refers to enterprises have the ability to adapt to internal and external development, that is, according to the external environment and its own conditions to develop the correct business strategies and measures so that enterprises in the commodity economy competition invincible.
