从管理的5大基本要素出发,从网络层面、业务层面、管理层面,对IP网络流量管理模型进行探讨。在网络层面,需提供分级服务;业务层面要根据不同的业务需求,划分业务的QoS等级,实现网络质量服务差异化,限制DDoS等异常流量;在管理层面上应适当限制、合理引导,流量计费和带宽出租相结合。整体的流量管理才能让IP网络的性能表现达到最佳。
