用TG/DTG、DSC和XRD技术研究了大西沟菱铁矿单矿物在氮气中的热分解过程。XRD结果表明,菱铁矿分解的产物为Fe3O4和微量的FeO,分解过程按2个反应但几乎一步完成。用Kissinger法、Friedman法和Flymn-Wall-Ozaw(FWO)法分别求得热分解过程的活化能,结果较为吻合。多元回归分析结果表明,大西沟菱铁矿在氮气中热解的最可几模型为Bna或An,相应的热解活化能为209.95 kJ/mol。
TG / DTG, DSC and XRD techniques were used to study the thermal decomposition of single ore in Daxigou siderite in nitrogen. The results of XRD indicated that the products of siderite decomposition were Fe3O4 and trace amounts of FeO. The decomposition reaction was completed in two steps but almost in one step. The Kissinger method, Friedman method and Flymn-Wall-Ozaw (FWO) method were used to determine the activation energy of the thermal decomposition process. The results are in good agreement. Multiple regression analysis showed that the most probable model for the pyrolysis of Daxigou siderite in nitrogen was Bna or An, and the corresponding pyrolysis activation energy was 209.95 kJ / mol.
