目的研究和观察尿沉渣联合干化学法检测在鉴别诊断儿童血尿来源中的应用价值。方法收集儿童血尿患者共83例,将40例肾性血尿患儿作为对照组,43例非肾性血尿患儿作为观察组,所有患儿均通过尿沉渣联合干化学法进行检测,对比两组患儿的检测准确率。结果观察组患儿的检查准确率为90.7%(39/43),对照组患儿的检查准确率为85.0%(34/40)。结论在儿童血尿来源的鉴别和诊断当中,尿沉渣联合干化学法检测的准确率较高,且对非肾性血尿的检测准确率高于肾性血尿的检查准确率,值得临床推广和运用。
Objective To study and observe the value of urine sediment combined with dry chemical method in the differential diagnosis of hematuria in children. Methods Totally 83 children with hematuria were collected. 40 children with renal hematuria were selected as control group and 43 children with non-renal hematuria as observation group. All children were examined by urine sediment combined with dry chemical method. Children’s detection accuracy. Results The accuracy of examination in the observation group was 90.7% (39/43), and that in the control group was 85.0% (34/40). Conclusion Among the identification and diagnosis of the origin of hematuria in children, the accuracy of urinary sediment combined with dry chemical method is higher, and the detection accuracy of non-renal hematuria is higher than that of renal hematuria, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
