1990年我国外贸实现顺差。根据海关统计,全年进出口总额1154亿美元,比上年增长3.4%。其中出口620.7亿美元,增长18.1%;进口533.6亿美元,下降9.8%。如扣除不收付外汇的进出口货物,进出口差额由上年的逆差28亿美元转为顺差131亿美元,改变了前几年连续逆差的状况。进出口商结构有所改善,进口中高档耐用消费品大幅度下降,出口中工业制成品比重明显高于几年的水平。 In 1990, China’s foreign trade achieved a surplus. The proportion of industrial finished goods in exports has been significantly higher than the level of several years.
