通过对65Mn钢弹片结构特点和冲压工艺的分析,设计了带料排样图及模具结构图。为简化模具结构,将常规设计时采用斜楔配合侧滑块结构的弹片零件中的负角成形结构(先成形“U”形弯曲,再成形60°及70°弯曲),改为左侧60°弯曲采用悬空弯曲工艺结构,弯曲顶块采用活动结构形式,右侧70°弯曲凹模采用斜滑块助卸料结构的工艺,采用该工艺不但简化了模具结构,而且降低了模具的制造成本。生产实践表明:该模具结构紧凑,设计巧妙,冲压出的零件质量合格,稳定性好。
Through the analysis of 65Mn steel shrapnel structure characteristics and stamping process, designed the strip chart and mold structure diagram. In order to simplify the structure of the mold, the negative angle forming structure (forming “U” -shaped bend, reshaping 60 ° and 70 ° bend) in the conventional shrapnel design with the wedge and the side slide structure was changed to left 60 ° bending using hanging curved structure, bending the top block with movable structure, the right 70 ° curved concave die with oblique slider to help unloading structure of the process, the use of the process not only simplifies the mold structure, but also reduces the mold manufacturing cost. Production practice shows that: The mold structure is compact, clever design, stamping out the parts of qualified quality, good stability.
