本文揭示了具有任意齿形的斜齿轮与其产形齿条啮合过程中所存在的若干特性。明确指出,斜齿轮与其产形齿条(斜齿条)的啮合属线接触啮合。它们的啮合曲面和瞬时接触线的形状完全取决于产形齿条的斜角、法向齿廓及其对节平面的相对位置,而与斜齿轮的节圆直径无关。 本文还提出了用斜齿轮的产形齿条求解其共轭齿廓和确定滚刀基本蜗杆齿形的具体方法。这样,研究平面啮合的一些基本原理,如包络线原理、公法线原理等,即可用于空间啮合(交错轴斜齿轮副啮合)中,从而在一定程度上简化了解题过程。
This article reveals several features that exist during meshing of helical gears of any profile with their production racks. It is expressly pointed out that the meshing of the bevel gear with its generating rack (bevel gear) is in line-contact engagement. Their meshing surfaces and the shape of the momentary contact line are entirely dependent on the bevel angle, normal tooth profile and their relative position to the nodal plane of the production rack, regardless of the pitch circle diameter of the helical gear. In this paper, a specific method of solving the conjugate tooth profile of helical gears and determining the profile of hob basic worm gear is also proposed. In this way, some basic principles of planar meshing, such as the envelope principle and the common normal principle, can be used for space meshing (intermeshing helical gear meshing), thus simplifying the problem solving process to a certain extent.
