适当的班级规模不仅是教育教学的专业技术要素,同时也是重要的教育教学的制度规定。不同规模的班级呈现出不同的特点,对教师教学行为和班主任工作提出不一样的要求。我国基础教育中班级规模偏大的现象还比较普遍,这不仅影响了课堂教学改革的进行,也同样影响了班主任工作质量。提升关于班级规模的制度质量,把班级规模限定在制度要求之内是提高教育工作质量的重要条件,也是学校走向内涵式发展的保证。
