目的了解曲阜师范大学新生的健康状况,为制定学生常见疾病预防控制措施提供依据。方法根据《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》的要求,分别对曲阜师范大学2011级入校新生进行:内科、外科、视力、辨色力、肝功(丙氨酸氨基转移酶)、胸部X线透视等项目进行检查。根据国家有关规定已取消对乙型肝炎表面抗原的检查。结果共查新生8 082人,完全健康率为78.86%,男生高于女生(P<0.01),农村学生高于城市学生(P<0.01)。疾病检出率:外科0.14%、内科0.10%、五官科(视力19.73%、色觉异常0.45%)、肝功异常0.64%、胸透异常0.07%。结论 2011级新生健康状况总体良好。但根据以前高校卫生工作的经验得知,不能忽视的是影响高校新生健康的传染性疾病:肝功异常和肺结核,此两点应作为今后高校学生预防保健工作的重点。
Objective To understand the health status of freshmen in Qufu Normal University to provide evidence for the prevention and control of common diseases. Methods According to the requirements of “Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollees in Colleges and Universities”, freshmen from 2011 grade of Qufu Normal University were enrolled in this study respectively: medical, surgical, visual acuity, color discrimination, liver function (alanine aminotransferase) Perspective and other projects to be checked. According to the relevant provisions of the state has canceled the hepatitis B surface antigen examination. Results A total of 8 082 freshmen were enrolled. The complete health rate was 78.86%. The male students were higher than the female students (P <0.01). The rural students were higher than the urban students (P <0.01). Disease detection rate: surgical 0.14%, internal medicine 0.10%, ENT (visual acuity 19.73%, abnormal color vision 0.45%), abnormal liver function 0.64%, abnormal chest 0.07%. Conclusion The freshmen’s health status in 2011 is generally good. However, according to the experience of previous college health work, we can not ignore the infectious diseases that affect the health of freshmen in colleges and universities: liver dysfunction and tuberculosis. These two points should be the focus of preventive health care for college students in the future.
