近年来,在我国热处理标准化委员会及热处理工作者的共同努力下,热处理标准化工作取得很大成就,制订出了一批等效于国际标准或国外先进标准的国际和部标。鉴于目前我国部份科技人员对新标准内容还不太熟悉,加上长期形成的习惯惰性,因此在日常工作,乃至在发表的科技论文中,不符标准的现象屡见不鲜。现仅就近期在《金属热处理》杂志上发表的文章为例,列举了有关这方面问题,以引起同行们的注意。 1.硬度值的表示方法不确切 GB231—84(金属布氏硬度试验方法)、GB4340—84(金属维氏硬度试验方法)、GB4342
In recent years, with the joint efforts of our country’s heat treatment standardization committee and heat treatment workers, great achievements have been made in the standardization of heat treatment, and a number of international and departmental standards that are equivalent to international standards or advanced foreign standards have been worked out. In view of the fact that some scientific and technical personnel in our country are not yet familiar with the contents of the new standard and the inertia they have formed in the long term, it is not uncommon for them to deviate from their standards in daily work or even in published scientific papers. In the recent article published in Metal Heat Treatment magazine, we only cite relevant issues in this area to attract the attention of our colleagues. 1. The indication of hardness value is not exact GB231-84 (Brinell hardness test method), GB4340-84 (Vickers hardness test method), GB4342
